Paul Frese brings over two decades of sales and sales management experience at various high levels to the Linchpin management team. Paul most recently led the Government Solutions Division for Encompass Digital Media where he oversaw new and existing client relationships, and was responsible for sales strategy development and implementation of the company’s government initiatives.
Paul led the DoD business development team for Rockwell Collins/DataPath, Inc. While there, he was responsible for managing and expanding the company’s largest sales teams which collectively delivered over $1.5B in new contracts for Rockwell Collins/DataPath, Inc.
Prior to that, Paul spent 16 years in the commercial software market where he held a variety of high level sales and marketing positions. While in these roles, Paul successfully developed sales channels, implemented market strategies and consistently exceeded revenue projections.
Paul graduated from Georgia State University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. He sits on the board of directors for Tridia Corporation and is a member of the Association of the United States Army, Satellite Industry Association as well as a number of other DoD and communication related-professional societies.
